Last updated: October 30, 2026. These terms apply to planning fees, deposits and invoices paid to NCOM Travel, operated by NCOM LLC (Texas, USA).
1. Planning fees

All prices are in US dollars and include card processing. Timing begins once we have received your payment and complete trip details.
2. Fee credit
If you book the trip we design through NCOM Travel within 90 days of your proposal, your planning fee is credited toward NCOM Travel service charges for that trip. Fares and rates charged directly by airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers are paid to those suppliers and are not reduced by this credit.
3. Refunds
You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of payment if we have not yet begun planning. Once planning work has started, planning fees are non-refundable. Deposits and invoices follow the terms stated on your quote or invoice.
4. Bookings with travel partners
Flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, car rentals and other travel are provided by third-party suppliers. When you book through our website search or through a supplier, payment is made to that supplier under its own terms, including its change, cancellation and refund policies. Prices and availability are set by suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed. NCOM Travel may earn a commission from partners at no extra cost to you.
5. Payments
Payments to NCOM Travel are processed securely by Stripe. We never ask for card details by email or phone. Please do not send passport numbers or card details by email.
